Q: What materials do you use to make your jewelry? A: We use only quality materials in our jewelry including sterling silver, natural gemstones and genuine Swarovski® crystals.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Jewelry orders ship within 5 business days. All other orders are processed through Amazon.com , and usually ship within 2 business days.
Q: What is your shipping method?A: All jewelry orders ship US Priority Mail to the United States, and US Registered Mail to Canada. All other orders are processed through Amazon.com , and shipping methods will vary depending on how quickly you need your item. Amazon ships US Media Mail, US Priority Mail and UPS.
Q: What countries do you ship to? A: At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. If you live outside of the US or Canada and would like to order from us, please contact us and let us know. We may be able to accommodate you through a third party vendor.
